The order was placed on **th June,****. The product was delivered on **th July,****. However, there were damages to the product and hence i had informed the organization for replacement. I have not received the replacement item till now neither they are refunding my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
