Hero Motocorp Limited - Self start issue in splender plus xtec bike

I bought splendor plus xtec * year ago. Right now the problem of self start is coming. Sometimes (mostly) the bike won't start because of the i*s and finally I have to kick and start the bike. So I am stuck in the middle of the market whose complaint hero motocorp ne * mahina done but their reply says switch of i*s is not from front so I am very confused. Problem Solve to do request.
