I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by WhiteHatJr regarding the refund of my balance credits.
I purchased ** credits for Art class to utilize them for my kid. The course was completed with a lesser number of classes and ** credits were remaining.
I promptly contacted their customer support team on **th November **** to request a refund for the unused balance credits. They promised to refund Rs *****. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their support, I have yet to receive a refund for the unused credits.
This lack of response and failure to refund the amount is disappointing and unacceptable from a company of WhiteHatJr's stature.
Therefore, I kindly request you to help me in getting a refund for the unused balance credits to my account at your earliest convenience.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
