IDFC First bank - Seeking help to Convert the account

Respected sir
My name is Rahuul kuumar pandey residing in Ranchi, sir i am a student currently studying, but in order to open an account with idfc bank due to confusion i opened an **k maintaining account but i am unable to maintain **k so i request you to grant the permission to convert my account into future first saving account because currently i am in a studying phase and i dont have any source of income. As branch officials are refusing to convert the account, how can i maintain **k sir as i am not earning currently but i promise i will be a loyal account holder of this bank, i need this account for my money exchange with my parents because i live far from them.
