Travelgenio - Seeking for refund

We as a group booked our tickets on Travelgenio and Cleartrip for travel between Delhi and Cancun on Air France. On the day of travel, Air France denied boarding due to security concerns and informed us to rebook via other routes and we shall be getting our refund in full for this journey. The tickets are also refundable tickets. We as advised booked our tickets and carried out our journey and informed Travelgenio and Cleartrip and sought a refund from the date of journey in Delhi. It has been almost five to six months the amount is huge as it is * tickets and till today haven't received our refund from Travelgenio while we already got refunded by Cleartrip two months back in March. With Travelgenio the refund process is a nightmare, first, they said no refund until we had Air France representative online confirming on a conference call stating Air France refunded the amounts the following day as it was automatically done. Now that being confirmed Travelgenio dodged until we confirmed that same class, same rules tickets were issued by both Traelgenio and Cleartrip and as Cleartrip refunded they need to refund our full amount as it wasn't any fault of us. From here on the saga has been will refund in a day, in a week and so forth. It has been a roller coaster ride dealing with Travelgenio and be rest assured to waste at least an hour before your call gets answered. It's indeed a shame that a person of repute Internationally in travel industry Mr Mariano Pallizari is the CEO and Founder of Travelgenio which is nothing but a scam and a highway robbery firm with * customer satisfaction. It is indeed sad that Mr Mariano Pallizari publishes trends and customer satisfaction whilst his home turf.
