As per Nextra policy I was supposed to get refund of security deposit amount within ** days of uploading Modem recovery document on the given link. I have uploaded the required form and also filled all the required details on July **, ****. Now even after *** days of uploading documents I haven't received refund from the company. I have sent number of emails but every time I get response saying " Kindly give us some time to resolve your issue".
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
