I filled the enquiry form on their website and after that U received a call from an agent helping me to understand what's the plan,how much will I have to pay monthly and all that And assured me that pay the plan amount right now thats *** and you will get the connection today, I done that now they are not picking up my call and its been * days and when I am trying to call nextra CS the call is getting disconnected after waiting for **-** mins. It is really not acceptable.
I wrote an email to Nextra but still waiting for response
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
