I lived in Salento House,Stanza Living for a year(** Oct '**-** Oct '**) That's the duration of the contract. In June **th * months prior to my contract end they made me extend my contract as they said they will be introducing Electricity bills so the rent charges will go up and if you don't extend now then later it will be a problem to you. I thought about it and extended it. As time passed by i didn't like the stay and talked to that same person to cancel my extended booking which i had paid(Rs.****) but at that time they said they can not cancel the booking. Now when the contract ended and i exited the residence the sales person calls me and said why didn't you say you are leaving the residence before as i could have asked the central team regarding the Security Deposit. I mean why didn't he say it to the central team before when i asked him about it and said " it can not be cancellled" with confidence if he was so unsure. The Security Deposit has been automatically transferred to the new booking and now that i left the residence and the new booking also is forfieted i won't get it as it is in the companys policy is what they said. The Security Deposit should be back to me atleast if not the *k i had given to extend the contract.
