Colive memphis - Security Deposit Refund

As per the Colive's policy, I have raised the notice period request on July *, ****. And cleared all my dues such as rent, electricity and T Shirt bill. I was told that the security deposit will be refunded to my account on or before **th of August and no transactions yet. Plus no single person is picking up the call.
Actual security deposit is **,***rs. But, there will be a deduction of ****rs as per the policy. So, I should be getting back my **,***rs.
