Colive memphis - Incorrect refund statement unreasonable extra charges added

I joined colive for just * month.
I paid a deposit of rs.*****.
In the beginning, the sales executive told me that he will be able to waive off ****rs from the separation charges (actual separation charge -****) as I am going to be there for * just * month.
When he made that promise, then i did agree and i joined colive.
But now, i tried contacting him, his phone js switched off. So, overall, they give fake promises while you join and later they don't vare at all. All fake marketing and sales strategy has been used on the customers.

Second, coming to the refund amount, in the beginning it was told, within ** days after we vacate, we would be given the refund.

But now they come up with some offer where the amount will be added back to colive account itself. If we want to cancel the offer, we need to submit some cancellation form.
There is no details on where to find that cancellation form. Now, im stuck here.
To find a solution, if i try contacting colive, there is no call facility available, the customer vare people do not respond properly.

Its been more than * days, i raised an issue. But until now, no one has contacted me.

Third issue, they have deducted ****rs as maintainance charges( other than separation charges) I stayed for just * month.we have given the room back in a very good condition.
I don't understand what these charges are.

But all i could guess now is, while we were checking out, the property manager was not there. We tried contacting him several times ,but no response from him. We had to give the key back to watchman as we had our bus bookings.

But the watchmen did check everything while we checked out.
There was no single issue found.
Bit still I don't understand where these charges came from.
