I lived in Grexter Epsilon, Bangalore for more than a Year. On Vacating it last year I was assured that I would have to wait till March to get my deposit back, after pre-discussed deductions. I have contacted them on whatsapp a multiple times and I haven't gotten any response. I have warned them that I'll legal route if I don't get my money within a week. They just apologize. There is no way to call them, only via mail or WhatsApp we can contact them, which doesn't resolve anything.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
