I left Grexter in the month of July **** and since then I have been asking for my refund (security deposit) and they have been making some excuses when I pressurized them (in the month of Dec ****) Now they started new excuses that TV is damaged by you so we are not returning the money surprisingly when I left the room the there was two grexter caretaker present and they have checked the room thoroughly and that time there was no issue after *-* months instead of returning money they came up with this utterly shameful excuse.
When I left the room the only move-out charge was there now they added other charges in the month of DEC ****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
