nestaway - Security deposit not refunded

I moved out of a rented flat hosted by Nestaway in Aug **** during the pandemic. And till now I haven't received the security deposit of ***** rupees. Nestaway is saying that the deposit is with the owner and owner is again saying that Nestaway never deposited that money to them. It has been * years now and I still haven't received my money. I feel so helpless as I've tried contacting customer care several times and they keep telling me the same answer that the concern team will reach out to me. Please help me get my money back.
