Colive Hyderabad - Security deposit not refunded

I stayed in colive for * month after being promised no lock in period and full security amount will be deposited.i paid **k for month rent and **k as security deposit, total **k. after vacating the room they sent me a bill of **k extra as thier electricity bill, repair charges, notice period charges, separation charges. they deducted my security deposit and now asking the rest *k from me or i will be legally proceeded. now idont even have a number also to connect to colive team. they are not responding to mail also.
