Colive Hyderabad - PG scam with advance amount

Actually on March **th ****, a guy/girl named Likitha(in WhatsApp) texted me regarding a pg request i raised earlier since myself and my friend planned to move to Hyderabad from April *. So myself and my friend booked the pg for which the Colive guy shared a video with some pics as well and mentioned the rent as **k for ac twin sharing. Also he urged us to pay the advance **** per head since it'll be booked by someone else if the advance was not paid before evening. So we paid the advance amount through the QR code he shared with us (we trusted that it's from Colive) . Also we got OTP through mail from Colive which made us even more trustable . We asked us the other procedures to follow up. He said to install the Colive app and proceed with the kyc, and pay the rent with deposit before checking in room.

Later on April *, when my friend came to Hyderabad around *pm, he reached to the location shared by the colive representative. He found that the PG he mentioned (PR Grand men's pg) was not there and someother pg was there . It was too had and not at all comparable to what he sent via WhatsApp. Then it's April * today. Till now he didn't pick our call even after so many texts , WhatsApp calls, normal calls
