I have boarded a Colive in Yelahanka on **th October ****, i paid all the charges prior to that including my secuirty deposit and everything. I raised a notice period on November * **** and vacated the PG on November **th ****, served my one month notice period and waited for my refund on security deposit.
But i got a mail saying i opted for DYD Offer in Covid, and i fought with them and didnt want to redeem the offer so i asked for my security deposit money, which they said they will process in a month time.
Still now there is no positive response on the same and i havent got any reply on my tickets. I am clueless how can they rob people like this on day light and get away with it.
