Colive Bangalore - Security deposit not refunded

Hi team,

My self prasanna , me & my husband stayed in colive Darwin in Bangalore, while entering we deposited **,*** as security deposit as colive team said they will return money ***% assurance once we leave colive with one month notice period. we stayed for * months and on March **st **** we left colive giving them prior notice of one month both in mail and also service request we raised for notice ...

When we raise the notice they asked us to pay rent of March since once we leave premises they will return our security deposit with in ** days I.e by April **th ****, so we taken email confirmation about what they said and paid the rent of March and on March **st we left colive

And from last almost * month we are doing followup for our money they send me an settlement copy saying that your not paid March rent.. so pay immediately otherwise will send a demand notice to us... instead of giving us our security deposit they started playing game

We started calling to billing team, manager koushal and Sachin, property manager Raghu, and we raised service request , what’s up msg to office team, and mails tooo...but no relevant response we are getting.. even though we call to manger Kaushal they are saying it’s not a right num,

We loose our patience since they are harraisng us mentally since our family was effected with carona , having severe financial problems with lot of hectic things they are not even respecting to there customer or not giving money

I have all the mail proofs and what’s up conversation with colive team what they promised and now how they treating us ...
