Colive Bangalore - Security deposit not recieved

I have rented a room in colive skydale, and signed the agreement that stated to vacate the room notice period should be raised before *rd of the prior month, I raised the notice period to vacate on */**/**** and vacated on */**/**** . After raising my notice period the agreement was changed such that the notice period should be raised before *st of the month which agreement I haven't signed. Now when requested for security deposit , Colive is charging the rent for * month and an extra *,*** Rs amount to be paid.
The property was given to other tenants after I vacated, although I did not stay there they are charging me for November month rent and the property was occupied by other tenants.
