Colive Bangalore - Security Deposit not received

I have been taken a room in Colive Fortworth ,electronic city, Bangalore from *st April to *th May ****. My rent was Rs. ****/- per month and security deposit was Rs. *k. I was told that I should only give rent for * days of May by Colive salesman. For April I paid total of Rs. **,***/- in which *k was advance and rest Rs.****/- I paid one day before check-in. For May I again paid Rs. **** as rent as they told they will refund me rest amount with deposit since I am only there for * days of May. Also for while making payment for May there was Rs. ***/- in wallet, but first transaction got failed and that Rs. ***/- didn't get refunded. I raise a complaint at that time with ref number and they said it will get adjusted in next month which didn't happen. I have waited till Jun **th and i got a mail from Colive saying that I should pay extra *.*k as separation charges. I raised a service request in Colive app with all the receipts from Colive, Rental agreement and all details but still they say that I only paid Rs. **,***/- total. I have been calling the salesman for long and they are not picking up the phone. I am fed up of this Colive and even though I can forgo the rent amount I paid for May, I still need to get the Security Deposit amount I paid.
