I am reaching out to you on behalf of my sister Ashvaneet Kaur, who was a resident at Housr, QCity, Hyderabad, in Room *** from ** July **** to * September ****. Since her stay has now ended, she is entitled to a refund of her security deposit of ₹**,***. She has been trying to follow up with Housr regarding this refund, but they have not been responding to her calls or emails. Since she has been unable to get any response on her own, I am stepping in to help her, and I would be grateful for your assistance in getting her security deposit refunded.
