nestaway - Security deposit not being refund

Nestaway is a kind of renting platform(*rd party)
. I have stayed for almost * years and due to covid I vacated and it was earlier gayrenteed I would be given the refund if security deposit with seven days, but now it's almost * month no one was responding I tried to contact customer support but no luck. If anyone can suggest on this please help. Thanks in advance.
