I ordered a Redmi writing pad on Mi store few days ago. When the delivery agent handed me over the package and when I opened it the seal of the package is already broken and also there is some marks and scratches on it, so I try to connect with mi help center but there is no response via mail, chat, call or any other means. They gave me the used product and also charged full price. I Don't want to use MI products in future and I didn't want to replace the product I want full refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
