Every channel freezes for every ** seconds and resumes after ** sec. HD channels stopped long ago. The number of SD channels started decreasing from months. Whatever channels still coming to their count is going down. Zero customer service. I have been trying from months to contact customer care via phone, email, twitter with no response. I need the SD and HD channels to be restored as promised to me as part of the package.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
