This is regarding Carselona, I took subscription for alternative day cleaning. The very first day of external cleaning Mr Venkatesh (Cleaner) scratches on bonnet and doors. When I complaint supervisor visited and committed to get it polished. But now after * weeks he is coming up saying these scratches cannot be done during cleaning and they will not bear the expense. Please don’t use there services have seen many same feedback about them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
