HONDA ACTIVA 125 - Scooty not delivered

I made a deal of a second hand Scooty - Honda Activa *** (WB**G****) (Owner name : Mala Roy) in Rs. **,*** with Subhajit Roy (Ph no. - **********) from OLX.in on **th June, ****. This man introduced himself as an Army Man from Dumdum Army Camp and Mala Roy as his wife. He sent me some documents of that scooty over whatsapp and told me that he will complete all the required office work by himself and deliver the scooty at my doorstep by one of his army official on *nd July, **** and that man will take my signature for submitting the documents to ARTO office. On *st July, he asked for an advance payment of Rs. **** and the photos of my documents (voter card, aadhar card, pan card) for initiating some delivery procedures and after that he sent me some photos of packaging of the scooty and office works as a proof. That day, at *.**pm, suddenly he sent an image of super fast delivery service slip and I came to know that the scooty will be delivered from Ranchi, whereas, when I made the deal, I was told that, it is in kolkata and as he has an transfer notice to Ranchi in his hand for his job, he wants to sell it. Anyway, he convinced me that a misunderstanding happened, and he was already in Ranchi. Next day morning, (*nd July, ****), that man Subhajit Roy, the delivery boy Manoj (Ph no. **********) and another person (Ph no. **********) who introduced himself the Manager Sahab/Major Sahab of Army officials asked for more money in the name of GST charge, GPS charge, Late charges etc etc. by individual transactions. When I asked why they didn’t do it by themselves, they told me this should be done by myself through online transaction and assured me that they will refund all the money (the amount which exceeds the deal amount) by cash after reaching my doorstep with that scooty. I had already started to frighten as they were continuously threatening me that they will not be able to deliver the scooty if I don’t complete those transactions and I will not refund the money which I had already paid them before and they will also make a charge on me the ‘online fraud case with Army Officials’. I gave him total of Rs. **,*** from Phonepe and GooglePay to the *. Account No. : ************, IFSC Code : PYTM******* (Anil Kumar, Army Post Office) and *. to the phone no. ( ********** ).
And, there is one thing I want to share with you that, last night I checked the OLX.in again and found something suspicious. The several advertisements of that same scooty were there for different locations in Kolkata.
