I booked Activa from drivezy bangalore for a month from ** feb **** to **th march **** but the booking was cancelled on **th night without any intimation, i had plans on **th which i had to cancel due to incompetence of drivezy.
I thought the refund will come in my bank account so i tried to book again on *st march **** again this time the booking was cancelled by drivezy * hours before pickup time as usual without any intimation. Both times the rental amount was **** , my **** rupees is still with drivezy , i sent emails to drivezy support but got no reply, there is no customer care number to call. This is just pathetic, had to cancel my plans twice due to this and didn't even get my money back, they are just looting their customers.
