Gati Cargo - Scooter not delivered

My scooter was picked up from my house in Chennai on **.*.** to be delivered to Bangalore. I read similar complaints against this so called Praveena. She tells me everyday that it will be delivered the next day and so I stay back to receive it and now it is the **th. She has blocked my number. I am just getting depressed because it is a struggle to take the cab to work everyday and my parents call me worriedly because this lady has my address. I am honestly tired of hoping for this to be resolved. I would be really grateful for any help. Thanks. Her phone number is +************. Is there any way we can prevent more people from being cheated like this
