We couriered house hold items by using gati services. It should be delivered within * days. But still it is not delivered. We tried to track the status online and it shows invalid docket. We contacted customer support and they said they can’t do anything and to contact the shipper for status. Tell me one thing once the item is shipped whose responsibility to deliver properly and update the status time to time. Literally worse service.
