Mutiny Systems Private Ltd Pune - Scamming people by not giving any service

Yesterday I called your support guy Srikant for internet issue.
As usually he responded with restart router which was already done.
Later I informed that ping is getting disconnected after *-* attempt.
So then he started trying to get some money from me, he told the company device might be broken so pay **** and get new.
So good engineering team without visit they know what is wrong.
Later I informed that the device you installed was not new and lights are blinking so device is working.
He was not ready to accept and kept on telling at last that you pay *** and we will pay *** and get new device.
Vey pathetic experience wherein I can involve legal advisor as well for scamming and providing incorrect information.
I am using this internet from last * months and paid bills on time so its your job to get this rectified.
Also the agent lied that company device is broken due to electricity fluctuations, educate him that all my devices are connected with UPS and if electricity fluctuations are there it will destroy my ups. Also light are blinking and its again working now so what is this.
manager is also of no use, the issue is not resolved. Manager is even avoiding this on text and calls.
