This company is service provider for my home internet service and in this lock down period the internet presence is necessity for my job. To meet my requirement I taken the services of this company but after paying every month Rs *** for **MBPS speed what I am getting is merely few kbps speed. I have complained so many times on their portal and all in vain. Right now I am feeling frustrated as due to the poor services of these guys I have lost my timeline of projects so many times and many times got screwed by the boss for not completing the task, leading to the mental trauma. Please help.
