Amazon .in - scammer using false marketing and advertisement

Hi my order number is ***-*******-******* it's against Amazon website they are doing False Marketing of the product by giving wrong/incomplete information I ordered this product after seeing one day delivery option as per prime member but it's already * days now and it's not yet delivered and they are giving me excuse and run around when I requested for call back someone called me with attitude and rudeness and told me that you can do whatever you want. He threatened me that he has a right to cancel my subscription also. They are selling prime membership by stating same day delivery but it's a waste of money because they are not fulfilling Even if you request for cancellation of any product they will say it will be done after **hrs and in that **hrs rather then cancelling they deliver the product and ask customer to request for cancle and return. Is this a company? That's how they deal with customer? They are scammer giving false information on their website. Never buy anything from Amazon They are using False marketing.
