Nobroker - Scammed in the name of Subscription plan

I'm a NRI and will be shifting back to India soon. I bought the premium subscription plan for Rs. *,*** from NoBroker.com, on **th Jan' **, to simplify my rental property search and find the most relevant options. However, even after **days I have not received any services OR calls from their so-called RM.
Being a NRI, I had very limited access to the market and I trusted these scammers to provide me the help for a rental property. Now, all they tell me is that they've escalated the issue but don't give me any information on the status or the timeline to resolve it.
