It's a fraud company,
We got attended by two Sales people in July **** they showed us all Rosey pictures.I specifically told that we are planning to go on vacation during New year ,to that they said yes you can plan this New year with Rosette grand .Now when we are planning to go their we got mail saying we have a black out period taht time The sales person is not picking up call and the customer care is so rude they are saying we can't help you.Now since you have paid we will not return you the money.
Can someone please help us as we are scammed by this company.
