Rosette Grand Vacations - Complaint on Rosette Grand Vacations

I was reached by sales person and then i attended a personal meeting with sales executive of Rosette Grand Vacations. I was told that Rosette Grand Vacation has a very good tie-up with major * and * star hotel and with specific names of big chain like Radisson Blu, lemon tree etc. I was also told that there will be a complimentary free stay. With the all rosy picture, i agreed to the terms and became a member of the company. After that when i tried to have bookings, i was provided properties which were sub-standard including * star hotels who merely charge INR **** and one can avail those hotels even cheaper with some other site coupon. I felt cheated because this shattered all the big picture and this happened for places like udaipur, Jim corbett which has many good chain of hotels. Further, i enquired about hotel in Mauritius then they informed that they have no hotels and one has to pay around ***-*** USD. This company has many opaque policies which you get to know while you try to book. Plus the customer desk has very poor response and rude behaviour. They promise to come back with ** hour and i got response after * days after my repeated emails. I feel stuck and have a feeling that i have wasted my ******. The sales person do not take your call and connecting customer service is a tedious task. Can anyone help me out with this situation ? Should i file a consumer complaint ?
