Flipkart.com - Scam in Exchange of phones

There is a scam.
Seems like your delivery persons have specific instructions to find false issues in exchange phones and demand extra money.
They are making fool of customers.

I ordered phone MI A* on flipkart under the phone exchange offer. The delivery guy made a full effort to find fault, when he did not find any, he made false claims that screen is loose, which wasnot. My exchange phone was not faulty at all. It was in cover and screen guard all the time and working perfectly.

Moreover, Their delivery guy asked to remove my screen guard from the phone, now the phone has no screen guard. Who will pay for my loss?

They have specific instructions on flipkart site for exchange phones for exchanges and my phone full fills all. Still, they tried to find false faults and he was presssing the phone screen so hard while checking.

I have checked on interent forum quora and lots of people faced the same problems.

Its scam, they are running on site in name of exchnage of phones. They should clearly mentioned that they need brand new phone for exchange only. they should not damage anything on customer's phone or other parts.
They should stop doing this exchnage scam or right on site that exchnage is at their full discreation and they can do whatever they want.
