Hello Sir/Madam, I need help fraud & scam have happened On Thursday **th, May, **** of this month Nilanjit Ghosh our area executive head at Barrackpore location have charged Rs.*,*** for booking installation of Airtel Xtreme fibre Broadband connection which I've got his number from our store location nearby but however he have not provided me any proof of purchase or any kind of bill from him. Meanwhile, I've cancelled the order on Sunday after calling him he said he'll cancel & his behaviour was too worst his attitudes was not expected from him. No cancellation refund have been done no money received yet in my bank account with assurance. Made fake promises that installation will be done by Saturday in early morning hours. Please take strict action & initiate my refund immediately as soon as possible. Contact him for further reference. His contact number is +************ Also, attached my payment details for your reference. My lead ID was **-*********** & my digital application form number is ***********. Need refund immediately as payment was done through PhonePe to his personal QR code account.
