I purchased an **K gold-plated anklet from Swashaa (Order #*******). The product was delivered broken/defective. I followed their return process and the item has been successfully received by the brand. Now the brand is refusing a bank refund and is only offering a 'Gift Card' for ₹***.
I have completely lost confidence in the product quality and business ethics of Swashaa after receiving a defective item. I am officially refusing the 'Gift Card' offer as I have no intention of placing any future orders with a brand that fails to meet basic quality standards. Since I will not be shopping with them again a store credit is of zero value to me.
This is a direct violation of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, **** (Rule *, Clause *) which mandates that merchants must provide a full refund for defective goods and cannot force store credit. The customer support is currently unresponsive and failing to resolve the issue. I am seeking a full refund of ₹*** to my bank account plus compensation for the mental harassment and time spent on this escalation.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
