I ordered few jewellery from Swashaa jewellery. But i immediately discovered that i had ordered a few more items than i intended to. i contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. i wanted to reorder again. They cancelled it and told me i will receive the refund in *-* days. it has been three days and no response. i called them and their number is switched off.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
