Hello ,SBI team I have complaint against to SBI customer service point CSP Name:- Javed Ahmed CSP code:-*A**f*** ,Link branch code:-*****
Sir,
my name is geeta my account number:- *********** IFSC code:-SBIN*******, Branch :- Arrah
Thirty thousand rupees per month were withdrawn from my account.I had requested several times to add my mobile number to the bank.But my mobile number was not added due to which I did not get any information about the money withdrawn by Javed Ahmed.When I went to the SBI customer service point of CSP Javed Ahmed yesterday to withdraw money from my account, I saw that Javed Ahmed closed the service point and ran away.
approximately Rs * lakh has been stolen from my account illegally by Javed Ahmed.I informed about this to the manager of my branch Arra.But no help was provided from there.I request you to please take my complaint seriously.You are requested to please share this complaint with senior officers.
You are requested to please return the amount stolen from my account.
