I have given an FD to SBI as a guarantee for my credit card. I closed the credit card in Nov **** and applied for Non liability certificate to release my FD.
I have escalated this to various nodal officers. The only reply I am getting was "your card is closed and there is no outstanding".
But the hold on my FD is still not released. All the mails I am sending recently to SBI customer care is bouncing with "Inbox full".
The branch manager is saying is helpless because this has to be released by some other department.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
