Satyaranjan Sahoo filed complaint against Sbi Cards on Jan 9, 2021
I did a transaction in Flipkart using an SBI card on October **nd, ****. I had to cancel the order and Flipkart confirmed me the refund was processed.
Even After filing a complaint with SBi **-** times, I have not got a useful response.
Every time I file a case, they have an automated email asking for proof of submission and then another email to submit a form and send a scanned copy. The same process I have done almost *-* times in the last * months, after which I keep getting those autogenerated emails asking me for proofs. This has been highly frustrating. On top of that, I had to pay the bill for the amount I have not used to SBI.
More than the money this has been a mental trauma going through their service. Till now, I have never got a single call with any useful information or talking about my refund. I have been an old customer of all their products and services. I am sure, I am switching all my banking services now.
Cause mental peace is much more important. Dealing with these guys has been tough.
