State Bank Of India - SBI Insurance Death Claim, Forget deduction

the matter is my aunty suffering due to financial problem, & problem is my uncle before death in **** accepted for (pmjjy) scheme *** Rs & ** Rs yearly insurence & recieved the reciept from sbi bank authority for deduction & after death (may ****) oct & nov-**** *-* times came from sbi bank housing board bhilai c.g. but they will not any help for this regarding they said here no any deduction so how can i give u or insurance company give you, but problem is why they will give us insurance number & receipt if no any deduction , here my uncle & aunty thinking & feel free that insurance is have , but reality is coming after death ,
so sbi Bank said not help for this . kindly say what help will give this family no any income for unty and two child both child are studying but how they will manage for everything.
