Sbi Genaerl Insurance - Sbi general property insurance

Respected sir,

I am satish kumar vanjire saving\salary and loan account holder in SBI Mankamathota Branch, karimnagar, Telangana state. I am taking home loan from “SBI Branch” in the year ****(takeover from LIC). On **-**-**** I received a massage from SBI Bank “Debit adjustment SBI”. General property insurance RS.*,***=** and enquire on the day. I went to bank which amount deduct in my saving A\C. To ask me to bank staff they will be reply “Home loan” SBI general property insurance. But without my knowledge, without asking me property verification, without location verification and without intimation and without form filling how did you insuranced to property. I asked to SBI insurance company but they have not answered to me. This is mandatory from “RBI Rules” this is compulsory, but i also insured “suraksha SBI life insurance” **** from SBI (RBO) BRANCH Karimnagar bank. The bank staff and insurance staff not answered to me. Please help me for this matter for kind authorities and take necessary action to SBI “General property insurance”.
