Sbi Genaerl Insurance - Complaint Regarding Delayed Claim and Policy Issuance Issues

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the delay in processing my insurance claim under Policy No. P*************** ,
My policy was issued on *th July ****, and I have recently made a claim due to a car accident. However, the claim process has been excessively delayed, and I believe there are issues with my policy documentation that need urgent attention.


At the time of purchasing the policy, I specifically requested the issuer to take pictures of my car for documentation purposes. However, I was informed that it was not necessary and that the policy could be issued without them. Trusting the expertise of the
insurer, I proceeded with the issuance of the policy without the additional pictures.


Now, during the claim assessment, the appointed surveyor has informed me that there are missing pictures of my car from the time of policy issuance. These pictures are crucial to substantiate my claim and expedite the process. I find it extremely disheartening
that the lack of proper documentation, despite my earlier request, has now resulted in an extended wait for my claim settlement.
