Narayan bista filed complaint against Sbi Credit Card on Jul 23, 2021
This is to inform you that I got a call from Pratik Mhatre regarding the sbi BPCL credit card. When I applied for the card, I was told that the card's limit would be around * lakhs. Once I received the card, the limit was only ** thousand and for which I would have to pay yearly charges of ***, and when I told this problem to the same person about the issue of the limit, he started to avoid my phone. I have also informed that person that I already have an SBI simply save credit card with having a limit of ** thousand. But he instead me to apply for this card as the limit would be higher, to which I agreed on the same but later I found out that the limit of the card is only ** thousand.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
