Sbi Credit Card - SBI Credit card illegally charged penalties over penalties

I have due amount of rupees *****, unfortunetely i was late paying the amount, for this course sbi charged me penalties and interests, i got call from sbi credit card department and they told me to clear all dues, and if i do so they will remove january penalty charges as they have authority to remove charges at once in year and that will be adjusted in current month penalty charges and i cleared all dues, and keep thinking that all dues cleared, i was shocked when i receive call after * months that my amount is pending unclear with **** rs, i told i've not used any credit card and i've not received any statements on mail or address and even i didn't received any calls, then how i'll get to know this, but they played a clever game, not to inform customer by sending statement even your mail id is updated, and keep charging penalties over penalties.

I havr cheated by sbi, they didn't remove penalty charges, they keep charging penalties over penalties, they didn't send statements either on address and mail, they didn't call until amount got big, the clear intention for not informing is stop me apply for morotorium so that they can charge penalties and interests. Now they guys harrasing me for all possible ways by calling, warning, threats, mailing.

I cant understand at what extent they are fallen. They are harrasing me for the amount i never used. and this the national bank. I jeep mailing from the day * i was informed but they are provinding me no solution, they are just hungry for money and dont want to listen anything. So same on this national bank sbi.
