Sbi Cards - SBI Credit card forcing me to pay fraud charges

This is to inform you that there was a fraud transaction of USD **.** (Rs ****.**) done on my card on **-Nov-** at **:** PM from an unknown person named Nazaruk Mykhaylo from Ukraine. (E- chargeback slip.pdf attached; IP address also confirms it).

I woke up at **-Nov, **:** AM, saw an SMS on my cell, and reported this fraudulent transaction immediately. (just after * hours) (attached file A-dispute **-Nov.pdf), SBI blocked my card and started probing. They had credited this transaction temporarily till the investigation is complete (attached B- Sbi reversing trasaction and inquiry.pdf)

They completed the investigation and reverted back repeatedly at least *-* times upon my complaint every time, below standard reply. (attached communication from D-Closed Dispute.pdf to J-Communication with CS again.pdf)

We would like to inform you that we had taken up the matter with the merchant bank to process credit for the said transaction. In response to which, the merchant bank had provided us with a copy of the charge slip /documents for Rs****.**, Since valid documents received from the merchant end, (same attached for your reference), so we are unable to take up this matter further, hence we are constrained to reverse the temporary credit of Rs ****.** which was passed on your SBI Card on **/**/****.For any disconnect further, you are requested to kindly get in touch with merchant along with the provided documents.


I also complained to RBI Kanpur on *th Jan **** Complaint no *************** (attached K-Complaint to RBI.pdf), but till now no updates from their side.

(vi) the relief sought.
*. SBI is constantly levying penalty charges as well as late fees to my card, now outstanding is
Rs. *****.**/- due to nonpayment of these fraud charges. Kindly reverse it completely, stop billing and close my card.

*. Stop calling on my cell no by various collection agents and let me live my life.
