There was dispute transaction on my sbi credit card .I wrote the mail to sbi and no one update. I paid the ammount excluding the dispute transactions which was *** and sbi gave me **** financial charges of it. I raised the concern and at least *** mails no one update. Next month I paid all the ammount including financial charges again they gave me **** financial charges. Last two months I am writing the mail but no one is updating.
Kindly help. I got frustrated with this support
