Sbi Credit Card - SBI credit card fake bill and status updates

I am Ganesh M, I have enquired SBI about my credit card closure on **/**/**** and as per the advise from SBI care I have paid all my standing bills and got conformation on **/**/**** from SBI that my card have already closed. Now I am still getting SBI payment dues and regarding this issue I made several enquiries and no proper explanation was given from SBI side, Regarding this issue I went to SBI store(Outlet) on **/**/**** and after after very worst care after my * visit they got my complaint letter and after one week time they conformed me that my card have permanently closed and they have issued my NOC via post as a proof of it. Even after one month I have not received it when I enquired about this issue to SBI outlet no proper response were made, in the mean while my outstanding bill was **** on Aug * ****, After this complaint instead of responding SBI have reduced my bill amount to ***.** on Aug ** ****, but I have not given any request to reduce my outstanding amount, I have just asked few queries via email and there were no answers given by SBI side, and from September * **** my standing bill was ****.**. But when I approached SBI store now they saying me to wait and my process in on going on (Before this they have conformed that my card have been closed) and no reply was given to my query which I have asked to Nodalofficer@sbicard.com for past two months for over ** mails.
