I have already raised complaint against SBI card regarding my bill payment. After raisinf complaint via Voxya Got a call from SBI on Jan * and they listened to my problem and promised to get back to me via phone with resolution writhing ** hours and still I have not get any call from SBI team and No resolution have been given. for what ever email I have sent SBI didnt reply any thing for my query,
My query are.
*. Why SBI have given fake conformation that my card have been closed in the year **** and now for the same card SBI is saying that my card have ben locked due to not paying bill??
*. As per email received by SBI dated September ** my total due amount was ***.** and I have paid it on October *(My next bill cycle was after October ** only), Even after paying the bill amount why SBI asking me to pay more and more every month???
*. As per email dated ** Oct ****, SBI have taken request after clearly understanding the mistake is from SBI side to wave off the late fees and the same was not approved by SBI. in this regards I have * queries
(a) Why SBI taken this request by its self and why SBI have not approved this request???
(b) As per the email received by SBI dated ** October my late fees of Rs.********** waver request have been taken by SBI, How my late fees was this much huge amount????
